1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") apply to the taka with website accessible at taka-with.com and all associated services, sub-pages, mobile experiences, and promotional content operated under the taka with brand. 6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your account, whether initiated by you or by taka with, your right to access the platform and all associated services is immediately terminated. Verified real-money balances remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance or KYC requirements.
